SUDAN PERSECUTION
TWO MILLION DEAD! FIVE MILLION REFUGEES! (Does anyone care?)
In Sudan there is a group called "The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA)." This group is led by Joseph Kony. The LRA say they are fighting for the establishment of a government based on the Ten Commandments. Sounds good, you say? Well, this group is anything but Godly. It should be renamed "Satan's Resistance Army."
The leaders of this group are controlled by the demons in hell! A strong statement, you say? You be the Judge. This group attacks entire villages. They steal everything of value. They kill anyone who dares to resist. They rape all the women, to include young children, male and female. They kill most of the adults, taking all the children as sex slaves and labor slaves. They maim, torture, rape and kill large number of children and adults. Many children are sold as sex slaves, and labor slaves, or they are traded or given as gifts to arms dealers in Sudan. The LRA has been active in Uganda and Sudan for around 20 years. Over 1.8 million people have been forced to flee from their homes and are now displaced. These camps are so bad that about 1,000 people die each week.
These abducted children are forced to participate in the killing of other children who attempted to escape. Some are forced to kill their own parents. The LRA currently has about 3,000 children as sex slaves, but the numbers change often because they are sold, traded, or killed. During the past 20 years, it is estimated that the LRA has abducted about 66,000 children. These children have no hope at all! Does anyone care? What have the Governments of the world done? Not Much! That's why its up to us Christians to do whatever we can. Please support a ministry working in Uganda or Sudan.
The LRA is allowed to exist because of the Corrupt Government in Northern Sudan. Most of the leaders in the North of Sudan are devout followers of "The Religion Of Peace." (Imagine my surprise!) Most Christians live in Southern Sudan.
